There are case a domain has the status Registered elsewhere in PowerPanel. Normale this means the domain can not managed by PowerPanel because it does not exist or it has registered on a other registry not managed in one of your accounts.
If the domain does exist and can be managed by one of your accounts, then you can enable a subscription for this domain.
Note: This articles only applies if your domain is already active. If your domain is not active request the domain using webshop or domain order tool.
1. Login to PowerPanel
2. Find the domain to activate an subscription for
Go to Domain names --> My domains (https://cp.powerpanel.io/domains/grid/domains) find the domain you want to create a subscription. Click on the button "Create Subscription".
Note: IF you have a domain you can not find in PowerPanel, you can learn here how to add the domain to your account without requesting it.
3. Activate the subscription
IN the popup below select the expire date. This is the date the domain needs to invoiced or renewed. Click save and your domain is active in the system.
