You and your customers can request new subscription very easy. If your customers have already a (active) domain in his account and wants to activate a website or forwarder. Please continue reading we explain how to do this.
Note: The admin can have disable this function for his resellers or customers. So if this option is not available, please contact you admin / vendor for support.
1. Login to PowerPanel
First you need to login to PowerPanel. If you don't have an account you can create an account here. If you need help to login to PowerPanel, please read here how to logon.
2. Find the domain name you want to use
Go to Domain names --> My domains (https://cp.powerpanel.io/domains/grid/domains) find the domain you want to activate a website or forwarder. Now click on the green button "Request domain service".
Note: Make sure your domain has already in PowerPanel. If your domain is not and you don't want to transfer or request the domain, you can learn here how to add the domain to your account without requesting it.
3. Choose one option
Now you have a few options (depending on the services your vendor has activate). Choose one:
- Request Forwarder
- Request Hosting
- Request or Transfer domain (this option brings you to the domain order page)
4a. Request forwarder
Depending on the options your provider has enabled you can choose the web and mail forwarder. enter al needed information and click on order.
4b. Request hosting
If you have chosen the request hosting option you see the below popup. Enter al the requested details and click save.
