Using PowerPanel to manage subscriptions for your customers. Apart from the standard subscription types you are also able to adding each type of service as a subscription to your customers. This gives you the ability to charge your customers for any type of service or product automatically by the system.
1. Login to PowerPanel
First you need to login to PowerPanel. If you don't have an account you can create an account here. If you need help to login to PowerPanel, please read here how to logon.
2. Go to the customer you want to create a new subscription
In the menu on the left go to "account management" --> "My customers" search the customer you want to add a new subscription. And click on "Customer subscriptions".
3. Adding new subscription
On top of the subscriptions click the "Add" button.
4. Create new subscription for customer
In the popup below you can fill in the details for the subscription.
Product group: This options is only available if you have create subscription types. If you have not created subscriptions will always added as type miscellaneous subscription. Read here to learn create your own subscription groups.
It will show only the types you have created. System types will not displayed, read more about this in the link above.
Description: This is de description of the subscription. It will visible in your customers account and on the invoice.
Expire date: Enter the end date of the subscription. It will send the customer an invoice on this date. You can also enter a date in the past, it will generate an invoice on the first moment the system generate invoices.
Price: The most importend item, the price your customer needs to pay. Remember always enter the price per month. PowerPanel will calculate the correct price if your customer needs to pay for other periode then monthly.
Invoice period: Set this for the amount of times this needs to invoice to your customers. Set this to yearly the system will generate once a year a invoice (it will calculate the price * 12 months)
