If you are take care of the security of your system then you probably have a firewall setup for your servers. So make sure you open-up the firewall for our IP address. Otherwise PowerPanel can not connect to your servers.
Also if you have setup extra security on your API account at your vendors, make sure you whitelist our IP address also at your vendors.
