Your customers can terminate subscriptions. After you have set the termination, the subscriptions stay in the system till their end date has been reached. in some cases you need to terminate the subscription right away. In this article we will explain how you can terminate and delete subscriptions from PowerPanel.
1. Login to PowerPanel
First you need to login to PowerPanel. If you don't have an account you can create an account here. If you need help to login to PowerPanel, please read how to logon here.
2. Find the subscription you want to delete
Go to Account Management --> My Subscriptions
3. Choose the subscription you want to delete
Now you have the details on your screen.
First: You need to terminate the subscription, so click the red button "terminate subscription".
3a. Bulk selection is also posible
Select the subscription in the grid view and click the button "Edit selection". Choose "Terminate subscription".
4. Choose the option to add the termination request
5. Now you are able to delete the subscription
After you (or your customer) have added the termination request, the delete button is available.
6. Delete subscription only from administration
In case you would like to delete only the subscription from PowerPanel and not from your servers or put the domain in quarantine, please also check the option "Delete only from the administration". The domain or website will not deleted, and will be kept in your account or on the server.
