If you want you can switch on the customer registration form to allow new customer registration in PowerPanel. In this article we explain how to enable this function.
1. Login to PowerPanel
First you need to login to PowerPanel. If you don't have an account you can create an account (use the menu in the header and choose register). If you need help to login to PowerPanel, please read here how to logon.
2. Go to Debtor settings
Go to System -> Settings -> Debtor settings.
On this page you can switch on the setting “Allow new customer registrations”
You may also consider the following options:
- Upgrade new customer to reseller: If you switch this on, new customer registration will upgrade to reseller permissions right away.
- New customers set status new: This is a recommended setting. This will block new customers to request new services whit out any approval (especially if you have setup a default credit limit)
- Standard users groups: This is the default group your new customer will setup
- Default reseller group: This is the default group your new resellers will setup (if you have enable the options "Upgrade new customer to reseller"
Now on the login page of PowerPanel you have a extra option in Options menu.
This enables the button in the next screen
(The screen language of the logon page is decided by the local settings of your computer)
If the customer clicks on the registration button the next screen will show up.
