PowerPanel wil send messages to your customers. You can set the sender email address and name. This will be used in the sender information of the outgoing messages. In this article we explain how to setup.
1. Login to PowerPanel
First you need to login to PowerPanel. If you don't have an account you can create an account (use the menu in the header and choose register). If you need help to login to PowerPanel, please read here how to log on.
2. Go to CP branding page
On the branding page there you have the section "Sender E-mail settings"
To make sure your messages are not marked as spam you will need to have an SPF record to your domain you want to send e-mail from on behalf of PowerPanel.
For example, we send messages from powerpanel.io we set a TXT record:
"v=spf1 mx include:spf.powerpanel.io ?all"
