To give your customers more information about the products you are able to setup some support integrations. If you are using Zendesk then you should also take a look in here. Also you can use this integration built-in to have your own support system connected. In this article we expain how to use this integration for your instruction video's and support articles.
1. Login to PowerPanel
First you need to login to PowerPanel. If you don't have an account you can create an account (use the menu in the header and choose register). If you need help to login to PowerPanel, please read here how to logon.
2. Go to Support Integration (for administrators & resellers)
Go the System → Branding → There is the menu item “Support integration”, click on it.

This view show you the menu structure from all the available pages and give you two fields. URL to KB article and URL to a video. You can provide both URL’s or only one if their is one missing. (if you think there are missing items, this is because it loads only the items where you have access to).
For customers (Also admin, reseller, end users)
If you visited a page where no support item has added it will show the default support link (can be added on branding → CP branding → Support URL). This was already the case, so nothing changed on this basically.
