In PowerPanel you can manage the prices for each of the domain TLDs that are supported by PowerPanel. After you have activated your registrar plugins any available TLDs will be retrieved from your registrar (in some cases).
1. Login to PowerPanel
First you need to login to PowerPanel. If you don't have an account you can create an account (use the menu in the header and choose register). If you need help to login to PowerPanel, please read here how to logon.
2. Go to the prices page
Go to Sale -> Plans & Pricing -> Domain pricing to view your pricing. Note, it could take a few minutes after you have connected your plugins to the registry to see all your TLDs because it is a long list to retrieve.
Each TLD has its own price block which is disabled by default, so you need to switch on the TLDs you wish to sell.
3. Setup the prices
As you can see in the screenshot, you can manage the status for each domain extension. You can choose if you want to support a certain extension, manage various options and setup prices for registration, transfer, renewal, restore etc.
Plugin: Select the plugin where you want to manage this domain extension. In some case more than one plugin can support the same extension. So please make sure you select the correct plugin.
Sale: After Switching this on, the TLD will be available in your webshop.
Order: When a user searches for a domain on the webshop, they are presented with a list of domains with various TLDs. The order field allows the order of that list to be customised. 1 means the domain will be at the top, 2 will be in the next position etc.
Multiplier: You can choose one of several methods of setting the domain prices:
+% - This adds a percentage to the cost price. For example a value of 100 would mean that the domain would be sold at twice the cost price.
x - This multiplies the cost price. For example a value of 3 would mean that the domain would be sold at three times the cost price.
Manual - This ignores the cost price and just used the entered amount as the price. For example a value of 9.99 would mean that the domain would be sold at 9.99.
Currency: You can choose the currency that your customer needs to pay in.
Price per period: Here you can choose from the available price periods, activate them and setup the associated prices.
Domain Actions: Normally customer discounts apply to the prices that have been set up. If you wish to set up prices that cannot be discounted (for example you are running a sale with already heavily discounted prices), this can be done via entering prices under the domain actions tab (see next section).
Discount
If you have a discount price for a domain extension for a certain period then you can enable the discount checkbox for the TLD (use the tab Domain Actions). This will make sure that customers that already get a discount for their domain prices will pay the price that you have set.
Example: You set the .com with a special action price at €5,00. One of your customers receives a 50% discount on his domain prices. You don’t want him to receive this discount on your action price otherwise he would pay €2,50 or the .com. If you enable the option his discount will be ignored and he will pay €5,00 for the domain name.
