You can change the end date for a subscription. You can use this if you want to give your customer an extra few days or correct the end date of a wrong subscription.
Note: The reseller can own change end date's from his own customers. He can not change his own subscription end date.
1. Login to PowerPanel
First you need to login to PowerPanel. If you don't have an account you can create an account (use the menu in the header and choose register). If you need help to login to PowerPanel, please read here how to logon.
2. Go to the subscription you want to change
Go to Account Management -> My subscriptions -> subscription detail and click on the button: "Change the end date".
This will launch a modal where you can change the end date.
Select a new enddate and click save.
Warning: If you change the enddate of a subscription to a date in the future it will not be charged to your customer. So make sure you charge by hand if you need to charge the new period. If you change the date back to the past, it may charged earlier or maybe twice of the same amount (or part of) the time.
